Does Ice help your skin? Do Simple products really help you?

Hello people!! 

I know most of you may have never even thought about rubbing ice on your face and yes it seems crazy right? Well I took it upon myself to test this out for you! and lets be honest we've all seen the simple products but are you too scared to pick one up? Well here are my results!

Ice-Cubes 

Now before i tried this out i did some research and I found that rubbing an ice-cube on your face can actually help with blood circulation, minimize exes oil, prevent wrinkles/ stress lines and helps to clean out your pores. Rubbing ice on your face is also supposed to help acne, instead of picking and prodding at them you are supposed to just rub an ice-cube on the sucker and it should disappear by the next day. Is it me or does this sound to good to be true? Well lets just see what happened!

I've never really had a 'daily make-up removal routine' but I've started to develop one...slowly. Well it used to just be use a wet-wipe and carry on with life. But lately i have realized that my once clear skin is begging to clog up and my skin is also getting oilier and oilier by the hour and there are spots building up on the sides of my face. So i googled and i stumbled across the ice-cube! so curiosity began to take over and so did the spots on my face. I also realized that people were impressed by just rubbing a simple ice-cube on their face while other just didn't see the point.

So here's what happened. I started by putting an ice cube in water just because I figured that the water would make the cube melt a bit so that when i placed it in a cloth it would melt and soak through, also side note many people recommend that you place the ice in a cloth rather than just directly on your face because it can damage capillaries under your skin. So i let it soak through the cloth and rubbed over my skin for sometime before drying my face and using a moisturizer just to smooth my skin, and then went to bed!

and drum roll please....

I saw nothing the next day, and i mean nothing. My spots were still there, oil was still there and all my hope in this had just left through the front door. BUT i tried again, i was not giving up on this! sad really but i couldn't and i wouldn't give up! So i tried again twice! and miracle! it started to work! My skin looked like it was glowing, my spots weren't red and angry looking, and the oil was reduced.

Now I've been rubbing the ice on my skin for some time now I'd say about 4 weeks now, and i do it 3-4 times a week. It hasn't completely gotten rid of my spots but they are smaller, with barley any redness, which makes them easier to hide and the oil isn't completely gone but it has been drastically reduced. So I am really happy with the results, and i would recommend it to a friend! It really helps make your skin look healthy.

Simple Products

I have been started to build up a skin care routine for the days that I don't use the ice. I have been using the Simple products. When I come home I will remove my make-up using normal baby wipes because its just quick and simple but don't be fooled they DO NOT remove everything so then i use a face scrub by Simple, then ill move on and used the cleanser cream and use a cotton wool to remove the exes and remove all the dirt that is still clogged up after that i will finish off by using the Simple toner and a moisturizer that is a super-drug homemade. And i am in-love with the Simple product since I've been doing all this the spots are almost gone, the oil is almost gone and I'm not even bothering to use foundation because i don't feel like i need it no more!

But I do have to say that the ice or the simple may not work for all skin types! this is just my experience with it, i do recommend that if you feel like you're having problems with your skin or just want a change in your everyday routine then give it a try and give it time to work, it doesn't work straight away and it is the same with the Simple products they're great for me but they may not always work with different skin types, so just maybe start out by just using the cleanser and see how you get on with that first, that's what i did, then when i saw that it was starting to really clear up my skin i slowly started to buy the range of products!

COACHELLA 2015- The best dressed Celebs!

Coachella 2015, My top 5! 

Hello people! 

Lets be honest here Coachella is one of the most beloved festivals of the entire world

world. It's loved for it's crazy music, and even crazier style! Coachella defines the style of the summer!

Celebrities from all over America and the U.K cancel their hectic scheduals just to attend the annual festival, and lets just say 2015 was one hell of a blast! From celebrities like Katy Perry and Bella Throne, too the two Jenner sisters Kendall and Kylie. I am going to be counting down this years best dressed from 1-5.

Starting from the bottom Im placing KATY PERRY at number 5: 

Now this look is so Katy Perry and that is why I love it! Her hair is done to perfection in the Milk Maid braid, her make-up is flawless, and natural looking that allows her red lipstick to po.  I think it's safe to say hair and make up is on point! The outfit though has caused a lot of controversy, personally I adore the ground skimming Lavin Gown. Although it really isn't your typical Coachella style it is something different which is what Katy Perry is all about and she's damn right good at it! 

She has wonderfully adorned this outfit with a pair of tribal looking chokers which are brightly coloured and bring the whole outfit together perfectly. 

In 4th place for best dressed is ( drum roll please...) BELLA THORNE: 

The 17 year old made her appearance this year at Coachella with her gorgeous red locks being let lose and wore a vintage red crochet dress by american eagle that made her look truly eye catching. Her floppy hat fits perfectly with the dress making her look stunning for this years Coachella. Her make-up is done ever so simply and her accessories are also simple yet fun and youthful!

This years 3rd place victor is KENDALL JENNER: 

Now this is a look to die for and lets just say the Jenner sister really pulled it off this year! She looks stunning in a black double slit cut skirt that show off her long legs, a beautiful crop top from Jen's Pirate Booty and a pair of brown Python ankle boots. The double golden belt really brings the outfit together, along with the golden head band and simple jewellery. 

Much like the other celebrities Kendall is wearing the natural look when it comes to her make-up and accessories.

Number 2 on our countdown is CHANEL IMAN:   

The gorgeous super model has really done it for me this year her outfit is the PERFECT Coachella look! 

Her short shorts are so cute with her fanny pack (yeah i know...) her black bikini top goes amazingly well with her kimono that is gorgeously decorated with bright coloured flowers the are lined around the edges of her sleeves and trims of the opening. The Stuart Weitzman Backview sandals scream Coachella. Her face is adorned with bronze colours that alow her check bones to just pop, and the shades are the perfect accessory for this outfit. Now the hair oh my her hair is braided beautifully and deserves a round of applaus. 

AND ARE YOU READY FOR THE BEST DRESSED AT THIS YEARS COACHELLA 2015. 

JULIANNE HOUGH: 

I have specifically chosen the wonderful Julianne Hough because i just think she's really hit the nail on the head with this look her short pink her just shapes her face beautifully and shades are the perfect size and her outfit is just...wow, the outfit is simple and just screams perfection for Coachella, the lace on the yellow Zimmermann is just unbelievable, the boots complement the outfit stunningly and really its just one of those outfits that is perfect for most summer occasions not just festivals 

So those are my top 5 Coachella looks of 2015, and they are all so amazing! I wouldnt say they are all affordable but if you're interested in these looks then hit up H&M because they have a special Coachella line that is truly amazing!

Dear Viewers. 

This blog was inspired by my Media work haha, I created a magazine titled Flash and I've got to admit I loved the idea of it! So here it goes! 

Flash will hopefully feature many topics that you, the viewers, will enjoy and have fun with, at least that's what I'm aiming for. The blog for now will be about beauty, fashion, celebrities and reviews of your choice!
